Here's what leaders have said about working with John Bradbury

I have worked with John over the past few years and found his work with the Team to be long lasting and incredibly productive. We are currently working on Front Line Leadership with the Team Leaders and the results have been amazing. From staff that just "Turned Up" to staff that are now engaged with the business is something you can't buy. The program works with the individuals needs, to improve, as well as the Team. Just a small part of the program - Listening and communicating - such easy 'words' to say - but how hard are they when they are put to practice in your home life as well as work. It has changed the lives of our Team which has made it all so much more worthwhile.
Jennifer Turner WA State Manager Symbion Pharmaceuticals
I have held site-specific and National leadership roles in Manufacturing and Supply Chain since 2002. John first helped me with a site LEAN implementation in 2010 which became transformative for the site and the business. I have contracted him as a professional coach twice and found his insight and counsel challenging and stretching.

I recommend John to anyone wishing to transform their operation.
Crispin Powis Operations Director Kimberly Clark Australia
I have been working with John for over a year now for both my personal development and assisting me with the development of my own team. His advise and guidance when we have reviewed enneagrams for my team has resulted in practical goals for both myself and my team. With his years of real experience in operations we have been able to collaborate together well. He will challenge fixed ideas and provide a different perspective. I would highly recommend John to any organisation looking to change their culture. His focus on the importance of collaboration will benefit both individuals and organisations.
Paul Sporbert Senior manager Pharmaceutical Industry
I had the pleasure of working with John Bradbury from Workplace Culture as he helped me develop knowledge and understanding of a way of working called "the collaborative way". I found John to be an extremely valuable resource for me to continue my learning curve in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment. His many years of first hand leadership experience in a manufacturing environment has led him to be able to provide quality coaching for some of current and ongoing challenges to which he can relate to his experience and provide sound coaching and advice on . John has also been able to provide an effective system of team management and coaching through our work with the collaborative way , his knowledge and understanding of the collaborative way approach combined with his profound ability to teach it has delivered fantastic personal development for me in turn delivering effective team results on the factory floor . The passion John demonstrates for his work in teaching and coaching leaders is consistently on display in addition to his passion for manufacturing in Australia being alive for generations to come. I thoroughly look forward to working with John at every opportunity
